    Our names are: Nicole Bours and Ane Visser and we are the proud owners of Dutch Horses Unlimited, the home of Appleton DHU, the versatile dressage and show jumping stallion.

Our Services

    At Dutch Horses Unlimited we offer the following services:
  • Breeding to Appleton DHU Appleton is standing at stud and is available for the 2011/2012 season. We can deliver fresh, chilled and frozen semen, so your mare can be inseminated at the location of your preference.
    Appleton DHU is available to NZ breeders of sport horses, who whish to improve the next generation of show jumping and dressage horses.
    Dutch Horses Unlimited is a member of Dressage NZ Stable of Stallions, where New Zealand breeders of sport horses can benefit from a discount arrangement, serving the Equine NZ community as a whole.
    NZ breeders of sport horses can register their foals from Appleton DHU with NZWHA, the New Zealand Warmblood Horse Breeders Association.

  • Riding instruction Nicole Bours from Dutch Horses Unlimited gives horse riding instruction to riders who want to improve on their dressage and/or show-jumping skills. Regardless where you are now, Nicole is always helpful to get you to a higher level. She has already helped numerous NZ Horses and their riders to become more relaxed, soft and enjoyable.
    If you want to take horse riding lessons with Nicole, just give her a ring and your dressage lessons and/or show jumping lessons will be organised.
  • Young horses for sale Dutch Horses Unlimited has Horse(s) for sale for the serious competition riders. Most horses are still young, which gives you the opportunity of building a relationship with your horse before it is broken in.
    Of course, for those breeders of NZ sport horses, who want to acquire breeding stock, Dutch Horses Unlimited has a number of broodmares and promising fillies available in NZ Horses for sale.
